Get ready for HYROX ARENA, a high-intensity bodyweight and agility challenge designed to test your strength, speed, endurance, agility and determination.
Event Details:

- Time: 10:00 AM onwards
- Venue: College Ground, BVICAM, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
- Prizes Worth ₹15,000
Eligibility:
- Open to college students from any college/university.
- Both boys and girls are welcome to participate.
- Participation is individual.
- Participants should be physically capable of performing the prescribed activities.
- No restriction based on the participant's college, subject or specialization.
Challenge Format:
Participants will compete in a continuous bodyweight and agility challenge involving activities such as:
- Sprint
- Push-ups
- Air Squats
- Broad Jump Burpees
- Other agility and bodyweight challenges as specified by the event organisers.
Participants must complete the prescribed activities according to the event instructions and within the designated challenge format.
Rules:
- Participants must follow the instructions given by the event coordinators and judges.
- Repetitions will only be counted when performed with the required form.
- Participants must follow the designated course and sequence.
- Any form of misconduct or violation of event instructions may lead to disqualification.
- The decision of the judges/event coordinators will be final.
