At BCC - Best Career Counselor, you'll work with real enquiries from parents and students and learn how to turn genuine interest into paid counselling bookings.
What you'll do:
- Speak with parents & students
- Convert enquiries into counselling bookings
- Handle objections & follow-ups
- Manage leads through calls & WhatsApp
- Track your sales pipeline and targets
- Learn real-world consultative selling
We're looking for someone who is confident, good at conversations and listening, persuasive but not pushy, persistent with follow-ups and hungry to learn and grow.
Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We care more about your attitude, communication and ability to learn.
