BellBoy Residential Technologies is seeking a Social Media Manager Intern to join our remote team. We are a dynamic company in the technology industry, focused on innovative residential solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual without any experience to gain hands-on experience in social media management within a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages) and layout of social media accounts.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
Requirements:
- Strongly Interested in social media or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
