BSM Agentic AI Challenge 2026

Are you ready to challenge yourself, compete with talented students from across India, and build AI solutions that can solve real-world problems?
The BSM Agentic AI Challenge 2026 is a national-level student innovation competition designed to bring together aspiring innovators, developers, entrepreneurs, business enthusiasts, and AI enthusiasts from colleges across India.
As Artificial Intelligence moves beyond simple chatbots and applications, Agentic AI is enabling intelligent systems that can reason, plan, make decisions, use tools, and automate complex workflows. This challenge gives students an opportunity to explore these technologies and transform their ideas into practical AI-powered solutions.
The competition follows a two-level format, beginning with an online assessment and culminating in an exciting on-campus Agentic AI Grand Finale at BSM Campus.
Competition Structure
Level 1 – Online AI Assessment
Date: 30 August 2026
The journey begins with an online assessment conducted.
Participants will be tested on their knowledge, logical thinking, problem-solving ability, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and related concepts.
Based on their performance, the top-performing participants will be shortlisted for Level 2.
Only shortlisted participants will receive an invitation to attend the Grand Finale at BSM Campus.
Level 2 – Agentic AI Grand Finale
Date: 5 September 2026
The shortlisted participants will be invited to the BSM Campus for the final challenge.
Participants will receive a real-world problem statement and will be challenged to design and develop an innovative AI-powered solution using Agentic AI, n8n, automation, APIs, LLMs, and other relevant technologies.
The objective is not simply to build an AI application, but to create an AI agent capable of reasoning, taking actions, automating workflows, and solving a meaningful real-world problem.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Understand a real-world problem - Design an AI-agent-based solution - Build and automate workflows - Develop a working prototype - Demonstrate their solution - Present their idea to an expert jury
Projects will be evaluated based on innovation, technical implementation, business value, scalability, problem-solving approach, and presentation.
Prize Pool – ₹50,000
1st Prize – ₹25,000 2nd Prize – ₹15,000 3rd Prize – ₹10,000
Participation Certificate: Every participant will receive a certificate of participation.
Stay & BSM Campus Experience
Shortlisted participants will not just compete—they will get an opportunity to experience the BSM Campus.
- Free accommodation will be provided for selected participants on 4 September 2026. - Food will be available on a chargeable basis. - Participants will receive the Level 2 rules, challenge guidelines, and instructions on 4 September. - Enjoy a guided BSM Campus Tour. - Interact and network with students from different colleges. - Participate in engaging activities and experience the campus environment.
