About the Company
Badri Infotech is building a survey tool designed for WhatsApp, helping businesses collect responses and engage customers through a familiar messaging channel. The team is looking for an energetic Growth Hacking Intern who is excited to support product promotion, customer acquisition, and social media-led growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote the WhatsApp-based survey product across relevant customer segments and online channels.
- Research prospects, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with prospects and schedule product demonstrations for the sales or founding team.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and product conversations.
- Help build the product's social presence and community through creative campaigns, content ideas, and consistent engagement.
- Track outreach, lead qualification, demo activity, and customer conversions, sharing useful observations with the team.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with prospective customers.
- Good aptitude, curiosity, and an ability to understand customer needs quickly.
- Interest in growth marketing, lead generation, sales development, social media, or SaaS products.
- Comfort with learning new tools and working independently in a remote environment.
- Applicants with 0–1 year of experience, including freshers, are welcome.
This is a four-week paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000. Performance-based incentives may also be offered based on the number of customers closed. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity after the internship.
