Aural Essence Pvt Ltd operates in the Beauty & Personal Care industry, creating and growing consumer-focused products and experiences. The company is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate Intern to support market expansion, partner engagement, and revenue-building initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective customers, retail partners, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Assist with lead generation through digital channels, outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
- Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, share relevant offerings, and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Update lead trackers and CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales reporting.
- Monitor competitor activity and contribute ideas for improving business development campaigns in the Beauty & Personal Care market.
Requirements
- Applicants with up to 6 months of relevant exposure or experience may apply.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with research, spreadsheets, presentations, and basic sales or business development processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced office environment.
- Prior experience in sales, partnerships, customer interaction, or market research is helpful but not mandatory.
This is a 3-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore, offering a monthly stipend of ₹3,000 to ₹10,000.
