About the role
We are currently looking for a candidate to support WhatsApp Campaign Operations for a Brand.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Handle WhatsApp campaign operations and customer interactions.
- Manage claim handling, validation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Support other campaign-related activities as required.
