- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with candidates and clients.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to expand the candidate database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align candidates accordingly.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
- Proven track record of successful placements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
