Aspire Software Consultancy is hiring for a Field Marketing & Offer Management Executive!
About the Company:
Aspire Software Consultancy is building OfferBoat, a mobile application that helps customers discover current offers and promotions from malls, shopping centers, and independent retail outlets. The company is seeking a proactive MBA Marketing graduate to support field operations, offer management, and customer adoption in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Visit malls, shopping centers, and retail outlets to identify and collect details of active offers and promotions.
- Enter, maintain, and update offer information accurately in the OfferBoat application.
- Check offer validity, dates, terms, conditions, and expiry information before publishing.
- Remove or revise expired, inaccurate, misleading, or invalid offers promptly.
- Promote OfferBoat to mall visitors and outlet customers, explain its benefits, and encourage app installations.
- Build productive relationships with outlet owners and store representatives to obtain reliable information.
- Maintain daily records of visits, offers uploaded, and successful installations while working toward assigned targets.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing, preferably from the 2025 or 2026 graduating batch.
- Good communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic smartphone, mobile application, and data-entry proficiency with strong attention to detail.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Comfort with extensive local travel, fieldwork, and a 3-month contractual engagement.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining accurate offer information.
Compensation: ₹15,000 fixed per month, ₹5,000 monthly petrol allowance, and ₹25 per successful app installation up to a maximum incentive of ₹5,000 per month. Either party may end the contract with 15 days' notice.
