Responsibilities

- Ensure good typing speed and accuracy in all interactions.
- Adhere to rotational shifts and week-offs.
Requirements
- Any Graduate is eligible.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good typing speed and accuracy are essential.
- A customer-centric approach is required.
- Previous chat support experience is an added advantage.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, and BCA candidates are not eligible for this position.
