About ARIS ARIS is building core infrastructure for how construction materials are sourced, financed, and moved across India. This isn't a marketplace or a layer on top of existing systems, we're building the underlying technology that powers logistics, credit decisions, and compliance at scale. Our platform runs live operations across 900+ pin codes and supports real-time tracking, automated documentation, and financial decisioning across a large supply chain. What You'll Do As an Account Executive in the Accounts Operations team, you will: Checking and replying to email daily. Booking purchase/sales & credit / Debit note. Vendor ledger reconciliation. Follow up for pending document with Site person including File handling Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records. MIS Reporting: Prepare Daily , monthly sales & Purchase report. and reconciliation of items. Maintain a daily pending work sheet and update status to the reporting manager. Need to coordinate with vendors and customers for accounting work.. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in accounts book keeping Basic knowledge of accounting principles Working experience in MS Excel - Vlookup and Pivot Basic knowledge of GST and TDS B Com / BAF / MCOM with experience booking of Sales and Purchase entries. Knowledge of Delivery challan, Purchase order, Quotation. Basic knowledge of TDS & GST. Require problem solving skill and ability to work with a team.
