Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the software sales sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new avenues for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be based in Mumbai Thane and willing to travel extensively within the region for field sales.
