Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience in any trading company. The candidate should possess good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to develop business relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for pharma / medical device products.
- Generate leads and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and records of business activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience in a trading company.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare products, medical equipment, or pharma will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
- Ability to follow up consistently, manage customer relationships, and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn about medical device products.
