What You'll Do
- Communicate with clients and answer questions about available benefits
- Explain coverage options in a clear, approachable manner
- Build professional relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-up
- Maintain accurate client information and organize daily tasks
- Participate in training and apply feedback to strengthen your skills
- Work with your team to support clients and achieve shared goals
