Responsibilities
- Source, screen, engage, and follow up with U.S. healthcare candidates.
- Conduct candidate conversations and interviews with confidence and professionalism.
- Explain job opportunities, benefits, career pathways, and recruitment processes clearly.
- Learn and apply U.S. healthcare staffing terminology, workflows, and candidate engagement practices.
- Maintain accurate communication and follow-up records throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with international candidates and willingness to learn.
- Fresh nursing or healthcare graduates and entry-level healthcare professionals may apply.
- Comfort working onsite in Worli, Mumbai, on a permanent Monday-to-Friday night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Experience is not required; this role includes hands-on training from the first day.
Compensation: ₹20,000 per month guaranteed from Day 1 of training, along with performance-based incentives. The role offers practical training and strong career growth opportunities in international staffing. Pickup and drop transportation is not provided.
