Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the foundation's mission.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and funding requests.
- Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely acknowledgment of contributions.
- Research funding opportunities and stay updated on fundraising best practices.
- Collaborate with program staff to articulate the impact of the foundation's work.
- Track and report on fundraising progress against set goals.
- Communicate the foundation's mission and needs effectively to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing marketing materials to promote fundraising initiatives.
