Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Document business requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Support requirement-gathering meetings, stakeholder discussions, backlog reviews, and solution validation.
- Analyze data and existing processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to track decisions and clarify requirements.
- Assist with testing, issue documentation, release readiness, and preparation of user-facing process documentation.
Requirements
- Interest in business analysis, product processes, enterprise technology, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize information, ask thoughtful questions, and translate business needs into clear documentation.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, flowcharts, and basic data interpretation; familiarity with Agile or software development processes is helpful.
- The internship is suitable for candidates with an interest in starting or developing a career in IT business analysis. Prior professional experience is not specified.
This is a 6-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai, with a monthly stipend of ₹20,000–₹25,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to stakeholder management, requirements analysis, software delivery coordination, and SaaS business operations.
