AR Caller - US Medical Billing

We are looking for AR Caller / Senior AR Caller- Direct Company Roll & Immediate Appointment

Location: Chennai ( Work from Office)

Number of Opening: 10nos More

Educational Qualification: HSC/Diploma/Graduate.

Experience: 0.6 months to 5 Years ( Immediate Joiner Preferable)

Shift: Night Shift Only & No Cab facility but Flexible timings here

Salary: Based on Interview Performance.

Job Description:

• Work on detail pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payers or using IVR or web portal services
• Record the appropriate documentation of the Call notes in the client software to send the required documentation to the insurance company.
• Provide accurate information to clients, research available documentation such as authorization, medical documentation on client's systems, interpret explanation of benefits received, etc prior to making the call
• Conduct post-call analysis and record post-call actions for effective claim follow-up
• Conduct in-depth analysis of accounts receivable data to understand the reasons for denials, underpayments/unpaid claims, AR days on claims, and document reasons for denials/underpayments using appropriate codes.
• Responsible for training new joiners on the client software, process specification in details
