Allumnova Private Limited is offering an immersive Founder's Office internship for proactive students who want to understand how an early-stage organisation builds visibility, trust, and momentum. This remote opportunity is designed for candidates from the 2029 and 2030 batches who are curious about business growth, perception building, and founder-led execution.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder on growth management, perception-building, and priority business initiatives.
- Research markets, audiences, competitors, and opportunities that can strengthen organisational visibility.
- Support the development of ideas, communication initiatives, and execution plans across founder-led projects.
- Coordinate tasks independently, share progress clearly, and turn observations into practical recommendations.
- Contribute to special projects that may involve outreach, positioning, content direction, partnerships, and operational problem-solving.
Requirements
- Applicants must be students from the 2029 or 2030 batch.
- No prior work experience is required; initiative, curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn are valued.
- Strong communication, organisation, research, and follow-through skills.
- Comfort working remotely and managing assignments with guidance from the founder.
- Interest in growth, business strategy, founder's office work, branding, perception building, or entrepreneurship.
This is a 3-month unpaid internship. Interns will work under the founder's direct guidance and will receive an offer letter, website recognition, and access to special opportunities and initiatives based on their involvement and contribution.
