Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities for IT and business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial conversations, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer discussions, documentation, and immediate joining requirements.
Requirements:
- Fresher with a graduate degree; candidates with a background in management or psychology are preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the IT industry.
- Good interpersonal skills, organization, follow-up ability, and attention to detail.
- Female candidates who can join immediately are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, offering an annual CTC ranging from ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA.
