You'll play a key role in creating short-form video content that makes learning feel exciting, shareable, and relevant - while keeping our brand at the leading edge of platform trends.

Responsibilities

  • Strategise, script, edit, and publish Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other snackable videos that simplify educational concepts or showcase product features.
  • Track emerging sounds, formats, memes, and social trends, adapting them thoughtfully for the brand and its audience.
  • Write strong hooks, captions, and scripts tailored to platform algorithms and audience behaviour.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert courses, webinars, and product updates into engaging video content.
  • Maintain the content calendar and posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions while helping build an authentic community.
  • Review views, watch time, shares, saves, and other performance indicators, then share useful insights with the team.
  • Support occasional filming at events, campus visits, or with student and educator ambassadors.

Requirements

  • Strong video editing ability using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or comparable tools.
  • Understanding of short-form video fundamentals, including pacing, hooks, captions, trending audio, and audience retention.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to make educational ideas fun, approachable, and easy to understand.
  • Highly organised, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple content pieces and deadlines.
