About the Company
Akti Cosmetics is a beauty-focused organization creating products and experiences for customers who value thoughtful personal care and modern self-expression. The company is looking for a creative Social Media Intern to help strengthen its digital presence across Ghaziabad and Greater Noida.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, and other visual content for beauty and cosmetics audiences.
- Edit videos and adapt content for different social media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Assist with content calendars, captions, post ideas, and day-to-day social media publishing.
- Research beauty trends, audience preferences, and relevant creator-led content opportunities.
- Identify, coordinate, and communicate with social media creators and influencers.
- Help develop creative marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, product discovery, and audience engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of affiliate programmes, including creator coordination and campaign follow-ups.
- Track basic content and campaign performance metrics and share learnings with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Applicants with a few months of relevant experience may apply.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, video editing, beauty, and cosmetics.
- Good visual sense, creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with video editing applications and social media platforms is helpful.
- Interest in working with creators, developing campaigns, and understanding affiliate marketing is desirable.
- This is a hybrid, full-time internship requiring three days of offline work each week in Ghaziabad or Greater Noida. Saturdays and Sundays are weekly days off.
This is a paid, two-month internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹8,000. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to beauty-industry marketing, social media content production, video editing, creator partnerships, campaign development, and affiliate programme operations while working closely with the Akti Cosmetics team.
