Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm and professional experience.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with product selection.
- Support the sales team in customer engagement and service.
- Assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers.
- Support promotional and customer engagement activities.
- Follow store SOPs, safety guidelines, and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with the store team.
Eligibility
Education
- Students currently pursuing Graduation / Diploma.
- Students from any stream are welcome.
- Students who can manage their academic schedule along with part-time work.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar fields will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours based on student availability and store requirements.
- Students can work around their college schedules, subject to mutually agreed shift timings.
- Weekend availability will be preferred.
