About the Company:

Responsibilities:
- Support candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, attendance information, and HR documentation.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding coordination, and communication with new employees.
- Respond to routine employee queries and coordinate with internal teams on HR-related requirements.
- Help ensure that HR processes and records are organized, accurate, and completed on time.
