Roles
- Promote Airkrit India's training and internship programs across college campuses and student networks.
- Build connections with students, college clubs, and campus representatives.
- Support campus outreach, marketing campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
- Identify potential students interested in training and internship opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and track outreach activities.
Responsibilities
- Share program details and registration links through WhatsApp, social media, and other student networks.
- Generate, follow up on, and maintain records of leads using CRM tools.
- Update lead statuses, contact details, follow-up activities, and registration progress in the CRM system.
- Encourage student participation and help convert qualified leads into program registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provide regular progress updates.
- Coordinate with the Airkrit team to support marketing campaigns and achieve outreach targets.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in marketing, business development, campus outreach, and partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of social media, online communication platforms, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn CRM systems and maintain accurate lead records.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
- Previous experience in marketing, lead generation, CRM, or campus ambassador activities is an advantage but not mandatory.
