About Aeroza:
Aeroza is building a new ecosystem for automobile and diecast enthusiasts, and we're looking for someone who can help us build our social presence from the ground up.
This isn't a role where you'll just be asked to edit videos. You'll own the complete content cycle: Research → Ideas → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyze.
What You'll Do:
- Research interesting topics, stories and trends.
- Find new content ideas and formats for Instagram.
- Write engaging short-form video scripts.
- Shoot and create Instagram Reels.
- Edit videos for Instagram.
- Write captions and create covers.
- Publish and manage content.
- Track content performance and understand what works.
- Experiment with different hooks, formats and ideas.
- Bring your own creative ideas to the table.
- Help build and improve Aeroza's overall social media presence.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone who genuinely understands Instagram and Reels.
- Creative, curious and comfortable experimenting.
- Able to independently take an idea from concept → published Reel.
- Comfortable with shooting and video editing.
- Familiar with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, etc.
- Understands hooks, trends and audience retention.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Portfolio matters more than your degree.
- Students are welcome!
Bonus, Not A Requirement:
- Interest in cars, automobiles, diecast or automotive culture.
- You don't need to be a car expert—we're looking for someone who knows how to create great content.
