Opportunity brief

About Adral:

Adral is an intelligence company building systems that finish the work, not just converse about it. We develop foundational models (including our MoE-Mamba general reasoning architecture and security-focused models) and deploy them across web, desktop, and mobile surfaces with deep agentic capabilities. We aren't building standard chat wrappers; we are engineering systems that execute code, manipulate local files, and run autonomously. We care far more about what you've built, how you solve problems, and your raw engineering velocity than where you went to school.

What You'll Do:

- Core Product Engineering: Build, test, and ship features across our web, desktop, and mobile application surfaces where users interact directly with our AI systems. - Agentic Tooling & Integrations: Implement backend services, APIs, and client-side connective layers—such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers—that allow models to safely read repositories, execute scripts, and manipulate files. - Performance & Polish: Ensure that generated outputs (code edits, structured data, documents) render cleanly, support fluid user approval flows, and maintain high responsiveness. - Rapid Prototyping: Work hand-in-hand with core systems and research engineers to turn experimental model capabilities into production-ready software. - Debug & Optimize: Write clean, maintainable code, troubleshoot system bottlenecks, and ensure robust data flow from UI clients down to backend runners.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong CS Fundamentals: Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and system design basics.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Comfortable writing clean code in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or modern web/desktop frameworks (React, Next.js, Electron, or similar).
  • Builder's Track Record: Personal projects, GitHub repositories, open-source contributions, or hackathon builds where you've shipped real software (bonus points if you've tinkered with LLM APIs, local runners, or web scraping/automation).
  • High Agency & Grit: You prefer building over talking. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and know how to unblock yourself when things break.
  • Desire to Ship: You are excited about pushing code that real users and developers interact with daily.
