Opportunity brief
Digital Presence
- Own the day-to-day content calendar for the LinkedIn Company Page's HR/careers content (2-3 posts/week): open roles, life-at-ACI content, employee milestones and events.
- Keep the website careers page current — post new openings the same day they're approved, remove filled/closed roles promptly.
- Apply basic SEO practice (keywords, job titles, location tags) to postings and the LinkedIn page so ACI Automation surfaces for both candidate and customer searches.
- Repurpose existing company content (engagement events, product/technical updates) into recruitment-marketing posts, in coordination with Marketing.
HR Data & Documentation
- Build and maintain a single, well-organized HR document hub (Drive/Notion): policies, JD library, SOPs, forms.
- Maintain and clean the Manpower Tracker and Candidate Tracker data — consistent formats.
- Produce a monthly recruitment & digital-presence dashboard: applications by source, time-to-fill, LinkedIn engagement, careers-page traffic where available.
- Support digitization of any remaining paper/manual HR records into the tracked system.
Recruitment Support
- Assist with initial resume screening and shortlist-building for open roles, working from the same Candidate Tracker as the Recruitment & Operations Intern.
- Coordinate campus/college collaboration outreach content and materials alongside HR.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on comfort with LinkedIn (company pages), basic content creation (Canva or similar), and spreadsheet tools.
- An eye for consistent, clean data — naming conventions, folder structure, no duplicate records.
- Good written communication for candidate-facing and public-facing content.
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals is a plus, not mandatory.
