Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to identify, generate, and qualify high-value leads across target software markets.
- Plan and execute multichannel outreach and digital marketing campaigns to promote our product suite.
- Build and sustain meaningful client relationships, delivering presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership and growth teams to achieve quarterly targets and enhance conversion pipelines.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies continuously.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the software or IT services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outreach, achieve sales targets, and build strong professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, email outreach automation, and social media marketing channels.
