- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and online communication channels while maintaining accurate records.
- Support applicants throughout the decision-making and enrolment journey.
- Coordinate with internal academic and admissions teams to ensure timely resolution of learner queries.
- Work independently from home while meeting communication, follow-up, and service-quality expectations.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a learner-first approach.
- Good listening, persuasion, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfort with online communication tools and maintaining basic lead or applicant information.
