About the Role:
We are looking for a curious and analytical R&D Intern to support our Research & Development team in exploring new ideas, conducting research, testing concepts, and contributing to the development and improvement of products, processes, or solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, research, experimentation, and working on innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on new technologies, products, processes, and industry trends.
- Assist the R&D team in developing, testing, and evaluating new concepts and solutions.
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data and findings.
- Support experiments, trials, testing, and validation activities.
- Identify potential areas for product or process improvement.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, documentation, and project updates.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities, test results, and project documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant technologies, innovations, and developments within the industry.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from research findings.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment and learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of relevant technical or analytical tools is an advantage.
