About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical, user-focused, and curious Product Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to help define features, build wireframes, analyze user feedback, and refine product workflows across our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feature Requirement Gathering: Help translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- UI/UX & Wireframing: Collaborate with design teams to map out user flows, wireframes, and interface improvements using tools like Figma.
- Product Analytics & Research: Conduct competitive benchmarks, track user behavior metrics, and compile insights to guide product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a bridge between technical, design, and business teams to track execution timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
- User Feedback & Testing: Assist in gathering user feedback, conducting acceptance testing (UAT), and identifying bugs or areas of friction.
Requirements & Skills:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic product mindset.
- Basic familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq).
- Understanding of modern web/mobile app structures and software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
