About the Company
At Abhiyaan Wealth, we're building a high-impact personal wealth platform for Indians - simplifying finance and making wealth intentional & aspirational, especially for women. We're also building Shakti Yatra, an initiative for conscious women leaders to align their work, wealth, and relationships. We're looking for a creative operator who can think, shoot, edit, execute, and own outcomes across both platforms.
Responsibilities
- Turn financial and leadership concepts into high-retention short-form content for both Abhiyaan Wealth and Shakti Yatra.
- Shoot high-quality reels, podcasts, and educational content (camera, lighting, audio).
- Edit fast and precisely - hooks, pacing, retention, captions, sound design.
- Execute high-quality LMS educational content consistently.
- Deliver quick turnarounds during key market moments.
- Organise video systems, backups, and asset libraries.
- Collaborate closely with founders on planning and execution.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of videography and editing experience.
- Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut.
- Comfortable handling mics, lighting, and framing independently.
- Basic understanding of finance/investing, or a serious willingness to learn.
- Speed and quality - fast, but never careless.
- High ownership - you don't wait to be chased.
- Strong language and communication skills- English and Hindi.
