About the Company:
ABES E-COM LLP is launching its media, digital content, marketing, and distribution wing, initiating impactful social awareness programs. We are actively building our field media team in Bhopal and looking for dynamic, well-spoken individuals to become the recognized face of our on-ground video content.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging on-camera interviews with diverse individuals and community members across Bhopal.
- Present and host short-form field videos, vox pops, and documentary-style interviews.
- Prepare thoroughly prior to interviews and frame compelling, conversational questions.
- Represent ABES E-COM LLP with professionalism, warmth, and high energy on the ground.
- Collaborate closely with recording partners and camera crew to ensure top-notch audio-visual quality.
- Achieve daily and weekly field production milestones and content deliverables consistently.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills (fluency in Hindi is essential; working proficiency in English is a plus).
- High confidence level and natural presence in front of the camera and when interacting with strangers.
- Presentable, articulate, energetic, and highly personable demeanor.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in digital media, journalism, content creation, or communications.
- Willingness and flexibility for active citywide fieldwork across Bhopal.
