About the Company:

Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective learners and explain the institute's software training programs, course structure, schedules, and enrollment process.
- Understand each prospect's career interests and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and maintain accurate interaction records.
- Respond professionally to questions, address basic concerns, and coordinate qualified prospects with the admissions team.
- Work toward daily and monthly outreach and enrollment goals while maintaining a positive learner experience.
Requirements:
- Open to freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone in a polite and confident manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain lead information accurately.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn about software training programs.
- Prior telecalling, counselling, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in KPHB, Hyderabad. The role offers performance-based incentives. Candidates who enjoy interacting with people and are interested in education and technology are encouraged to apply.
