About the Company
4students creates digital experiences and engaging content for student communities. The team is growing its app presence on Instagram through relatable storytelling, useful product demonstrations, and fast-moving social media formats. This internship is suited to a creative editor who enjoys combining sports energy with startup marketing while working on a flexible, part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Convert raw goalkeeping and football match footage into high-energy phonk and velocity reels with strong pacing, beat synchronization, transitions, and impactful visual effects.
- Edit raw footage for 4students marketing campaigns and create original Instagram reels from scratch.
- Develop app demos, student memes, trending-format videos, and problem-solution reels with engaging hooks.
- Research current Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and audience interests to suggest fresh content ideas.
- Prepare mobile-first edits with clear captions, effective openings, consistent visual quality, and platform-appropriate formatting.
- Deliver 15–20 completed Instagram reels per month while maintaining consistency, quality, and timely turnaround.
- Work independently on concepts and revisions while incorporating feedback from the startup team.
Requirements
- Strong interest in short-form video editing and social media content creation.
- Creative understanding of rhythm, storytelling, hooks, transitions, and visual retention.
- Interest in football, student-focused content, startup marketing, or Instagram trends.
- Ability to work with provided raw footage and also develop complete reel concepts independently.
- Ability to consistently produce 15–20 reels each month in a part-time role.
- Prior examples of football edits, Instagram reels, memes, app demos, or marketing videos are helpful.
- This is a remote, part-time, paid internship for 2 months with a monthly stipend of ₹2,000–₹3,000.
